At SAI we focus on what we do best, and that is engineering.  SAI brings value by delivering quality machines and automation systems, and providing our customers with “ownership” of their equipment. We use off-the-shelf components in our design and provide our customers with detailed part lists. We provide the best documentation possible concerning manuals and electrical schematics. We provide installation support, operator and maintenance training. After the installation, the customer can support his equipment by buying parts directly and servicing the equipment with in-house resources. This reduces support cost and downtime. SAI does provide after installation support and spare parts on customer request.

 

SAI Documentation Standards

  • AutoCAD 2002 for electrical drawings

  • SolidWorks 3D for mechanical drawings

  • Microsoft Office products for manuals, parts lists, spreadsheets

  • SAI follows NFPA electrical standards for our machine design.

 

  • Our standard documentation set includes:

    -  Operating and installation software

    -  PLC source code

    -  Electrical Schematics [AutoCAD]

    -  Operations Manual [MS Word]

    -  Replaceable Parts list [MS Word]
