Rebuild control system for a sausage manufacture.
Product Description
Old system had hard to get parts and no service. We reviewed the existing design and built new control cabinets. The new system included creating a modern PLC program to take over control of the link making machine. The old system had servos being used in the velocity mode. The new system the PLC has true positional servo control to improve product quality and consistency. The control panels were pre built so that the replacement could occur in two days.
