Complete Laminator system to automatically construct heavy duty bulk boxes or gaylord containers.
Product Description
System takes multiple sheets of corrugated and cross laminates them together. The sheets are automatically fed from two stacks by two different feed mechanisms. The sheets are glued and compressed together. The sheets are slit and scored as required to form the container. The sheets are then folded to form the shell of the container. The laminated container is then stacked on a pallet by a Fanuc robot.
