Product Description
System receives bundles from the flexo folder gluer and stages the bundles for optimal surge storage. The bundles are conveyed into a back stop that squares the edge of the bundles. The bundles are cross transferred to the cross conveyor using a servo controlled pusher. The cross conveyor transfers the bundles into a second back stop, squaring the other edge of the bundles. A second servo controlled pusher pushes the bundles from the cross conveyor on to a conveyor feeding the strapper. The strapper indicates it is ready to receive a bundle. The staged bundles are separated into individual bundles and fed into the strapper.
